Daniel L. Taylor
CEO/President

Dan has 30 plus years of experience resolving hazardous material, infection control, and EHS problems in healthcare facilities. He works with healthcare owners, architects, general contractors and construction managers during design, pre-construction, project execution, commissioning and maintenance activities to develop and implement infection control protocols that protect patients and minimize disruption.

Dan’s expertise includes site investigations and baseline assessments to determine unique site-specific requirements and criteria for compliance with facility Infection Control Risk Assessments (ICRA). He also responds to emergent events related to healthcare built environments, providing assessment, documentation, recommendation and confirmation of issues resolution.

Dan currently serves as the Omaha Post Small Business Liaison Officer for SAME Omaha Post.

VA Asbestos Abatement Master Design Manual

Dan Taylor supervised the revision and update of the VA Asbestos Abatement Master Design Manual and Specification of pertinent sections for the VA Office of Construction and Facilities Management (OCFM), Headquarters. The master MS Word templates would be utilized by the OCFM at all VA Hospitals, Ambulatory Care, Clinics, Energy Centers, Outpatient Clinics, Animal Research Facilities and Laboratory Facilities throughout the VA system.

Post-Hurricane Katrina Emergency Response (VAMC New Orleans, LA)

Dan served as the site Health & Safety Commander, led team that assessed 1 million SF medical and research facility for infection and contamination exposures, and directed implementation of control measures for remediation and construction efforts.

Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Base Realignment & Closure (Washington, D.C.)

Dan Taylor directed the environmental assessment team for the purposes of developing a transition plan as part of the WRAMC Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) project. Assessed any/all environmental risks (Phase I and II reports) and provide amelioration plans for specific buildings, including over 250 BSL-2 and BSL-3 laboratory spaces on the campus. Identified all REC’s, developed SAP and initiated SAP in targeted areas. Environmental assessment included chemical and biological hazards, mercury, lead and PCB’s.
